The Purpose of this club...This community, started by our very special ~chinpau, is for artists who are based in Hong Kong. The main purpose of setting up this community is to allow Hong Kong based deviants to meet fellow local deviants, as well as to share our Hong Kong related artwork with other deviants in dA.
