RULES1. i guess it's a little prejudiced to say that only people from hong kong are allowed to join, so it shall be on a strong interest basis.
2. to join, please send us a note including a link to any hongkong-based piece of artwork you have, and the district you'd like to be included into (see below). this would ensure that we wont have random people signing up for the hell of it, and then not doing anything.
3. that's pretty much it! after we have faved your work, we will add your avatar to our (hopefully) growing list of members.
note on district : i thought this would be an interesting way of breaking up a mad bulk of members into smaller, more digestable chunks. if you live (or have lived) in hong kong, choose the district you live(d) in. if not, then.. just pick one.
